Award winning fully pastured geese are bred, hatched, raised and processed on the Mackenzie family’s fifth generation family farm located in Gippsland, VIC. The Mackenzies nurture their birds across all stages of the life cycle from naturally laid eggs through to a plump, flavoursome goose. Geese are antibiotic and hormone-free and are fully free ranging on chemical-free pasture, then hand processed and air chilled, with no chemical applications to the skin.
